Shipping

The following applies to all customers whom Grace Note Publications sell goods.

Collection from Grace Note Publications Office

  • Should you wish to place an order and collect it from Grace Note Publications, please choose the 'Collect from GNP' shipping option during checkout.

  • You must pay online during the checkout process.
  • Please note that this option can only be used if you are going to collect your items from GNP.
  • Please wait for email stating your order is ready for collection.

 UK Postage  is FREE.

All small orders are despatched by Royal Mail first class post. If necessary, we will split an order into two or more parcels.

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Your Goods should be delivered within 2-4 working days from the date you ordered unless you receive a telephone call or email if out of stock.

Orders over £50.00, or over 1.5kg will be delivered by Parcel Force.

We reserve the right to decide which method of postage is suitable for each individual order.

Special Delivery Orders to most areas of the UK

  • Special Delivery Next Day (Guaranteed delivery to most areas of the UK by 1pm on the next working day or your money back) up to a maximum weight of 500g - Real Time Quote online
  • Special Delivery 9.00am (Guaranteed delivery to most areas of the UK by 9am on the next working day or your money back) up to a maximum weight of 500g - Real Time Quote online
  • These orders need to be with us before 11am in order to catch the daily post collection.

 International Postage

Cancellation

  • Any order received will be treated as a firm order. Orders cancelled before the goods are sent will have the cost of the goods and the postage refunded, if applied. 
  • Returned goods and orders cancelled after the goods have been sent will have the cost of the goods refunded, but not the postage, packing or any handling charge.

 Parcels Lost In Transit

  • Occasionally parcels are lost in transit. Upon notification that a parcel is deemed as lost ie. the customer has not received the order within a reasonable time scale, we will send out a replacement order and issue a further invoice to you for the cost of the replacement items and postage.
  • A claim can be submitted by us to Royal Mail for the missing parcel, at your request. Once we are in receipt of the compensation payment a credit note will be issued to you for the amount received. The maximum we can claim from them is £28 and the amount of compensation that we receive back from Royal Mail is usually less than the invoice total for that order.

Delivery times

  • We aim to send goods out within hours of receiving the order… usually the same day, but during busy periods, or due to staff holiday/sickness, this is not always possible. 


The usual last order dates for delivery before Christmas are as follows:

UK 1st class:                              18th December
Western Europe:                         11th December
USA, Canada & Eastern Europe:       8th December
Rest Of The World:                       3rd December

Returns Policy

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
