a-eberhard-bort.jpgEberhard ‘Paddy’ Bort is a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Edinburgh and the Director of the Academy of Government’s Parliamentary Programme. For the past 23 years, he has co-convened the Freudenstadt symposia with Chris Harvie. With Neil Evans, he edited the first volume of Freudenstadt papers, Networking Europe: Essays on Regionalism and Social Democracy (Liverpool University Press, 2000). More recently, he published three edited volumes on Hamish Henderson and the Scottish Folk Revival (Borne on the Carrying Stream, 2011; ‘Tis Sixty Years Since, 2011; At Hame wi’ Freedom, 2012) with Grace Note Publications.
